Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability and location accessibility.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value (as per ongoing promotions).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
