Return and Refund Policy

At CARE Natural, we take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted, heritage-inspired formulations. Because our products are personal care items made with natural, organic ingredients, we have established the following policy to ensure hygiene and fairness for all our seekers.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Hygiene Standard: Due to the nature of our products (bathing bars, scrubs, and oils), we cannot accept returns on used or opened items to maintain strict hygiene standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we sent you the wrong item, we will replace it immediately.
- Requirement: Please send an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product to support@carenatural.in within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

Approved Refunds: Once your claim for a damaged or incorrect item is verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if the scent/texture of a natural product varies slightly from a previous batch.

3. Manifestation & Ritual Products

As stated in our Terms, our Money Bathing Bar and Abundance Roll-On are spiritual tools. We do not offer refunds based on the "outcome" of a ritual, as manifestation is a personal spiritual journey.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
